Heidi, creative and founder of the award-winning clinic Maitri Aesthetics, envisioned her brand as one that exceeds outward beauty to also nurture and slow internal aging.
Heidi is a registered nurse and a highly experienced cosmetic injector. Prior to the aesthetic industry, she spent several years as a clinical nurse in the remote islands of the Torres Strait. Heidi provides a truly holistic approach with qualifications in naturopathy, herbal, and nutritional medicine, making her a leader and advocate in the areas of longevity, internal, and cellular aging. Heidi’s expertise and compassionate approach to each client have earned her a reputation as an esteemed cosmetic practitioner in her field.
In the clinic, her go-to treatment is the Venus Tribella, an all-in-one signature treatment that addresses various signs of aging, including texture, pigmentation, and laxity. She loves the efficiency and results for herself and her patients. This, along with a home skincare routine, includes Synergie Super Serum (anti-wrinkle in a bottle) to restore skin to a clear and youthful glow.

ALYCIA
Alycia’s interest in aesthetics led her to study a Bachelor of Nursing, with her career goal to become a cosmetic nurse. Alycia’s foundation is in emergency nursing, and she prides herself on continually learning and expanding her knowledge. She has seen the cosmetic industry advance rapidly and is always updating her skills. She regularly participates in training courses and attends industry events to advance her knowledge and provide her clients with the best cosmetic treatments.
Alycia has a bubbly demeanor and prides herself on connecting with clients to reach their desired outcomes. Some of her skills include wrinkle-reducing treatments, volume replacement, and medical skin consultations. In the clinic, Alycia prides herself on volume replacement treatments, especially in the midface. This area is the foundation of rejuvenation and can make a significant positive impact on how a person sees themselves.
Her own personal skin journey led her to Maitri Aesthetics and Synergie Skin. Now she cannot live without Synergie’s Retifol, an active serum to refine her acne-prone skin, the perfect peptide blend for anti-aging and exfoliation in one.

Allie ensures the clinic operates smoothly & is always aiming to elevate our patient’s experience. Allie is dedicated in ensuring your experience with us will be seamless and tranquil.
Allie excels in diagnosis for various skin conditions & treatment options to maintain skin health for our clients. As she welcomes you to our clinic, she will assist in education to begin your rejuvenation & skin journey with us.
Without a doubt HydraFacial is her go to in clinic treatment, leaving her patients skin refined, hydrated & glowing. With so many years in the industry, and witnessing sun damage overtime, she understands the importance of protecting the skin.
